Great customer service.  Bought a knog rear blinder light from High on Bikes via Amazon last year, it recently stopped charging, and they have replaced promptly with a new one.  They replied to messages clearly and promptly.  Would definitely buy from them again.

I needed a seat post as a last minute Christmas present...I tried High on Bikes as they were offering the best price and free delivery but the best part was the service. Very helpful and responsive to any enquiry and my purchase was supplied and delivered promptly even though initially the model I wanted wasn't in stock. Very happy customer...can't recommend highly enough!

This is the only place i could get hold of the new "Schwalbe Big Betty "Excellent online service with very quick delivery.  A lot faster delivery then chain reaction so i will definitely use this shop again. Not fitted the Big Betty as yet but it looks the business.
