It's clear as day their staff have been instructed to upsell all their products, talking you out of buying what you intended to purchase, if this is the case they should of never stocked it to begin with, i proceeded to ask "are you going to try and sell me anything else?" This was dismissed follwed by the staff member offering to buy oil so my product won't break. One thing is for certain i will never shop here again, nor would I advise anyone else to do so
