Yet another shoe shop where staff think they are out of this world. You sell shoes... not that there's anything wrong with that.

This is literally the WORST platypus store I've ever dealt with. I ordered some shoes through them as they did not have my size and so they assured me if I ordered them from another store into theirs I would receive them in 1-2 days. That was a week and a half ago and I've called so often to find out where the hell my shoes are and I get barely any response or I get told another 1-2 days. The worst thing about this entire ordeal is that I have already paid for the shoes as I was convinced this was the better option by the sales lady. Do yourself a favour and go to another Platypus store or just go to another shoe store all together. It's nothing but a headache. If I could give no stars, I would.
