After years of running and repetitive group fitness classes, I was ready for something different and joined SF in 2015. It has been the best thing I've done and it’s now my "happy place". I love that the workouts are very well programmed with a lot of thought and reasoning behind them, the coaches really know their stuff and are always working on our technique with safety a top priority, and the entire SF community is so welcoming, fun and supportive. I feel so much stronger and fitter since joining SF. I have energy to run after my 2 young kids, I've toned up and notice a big difference in normal everyday things like carrying groceries! Ha!. Come visit SF and give crossfit a go. You won't regret it!
For an amazing crossfit workout this is the place to go. With qualified coaches all with varying expertise you get to learn many new skills. The facility is nice and large go you won't be crawling over the person beside you to lift your bar. Also does parents and bubs class which is nice for those parents wanting to still get fit with kids in tow.
After going to “globo” gyms for so many years just cruising along never really getting anywhere. I started up at SF Gym 2 years ago and I have learnt more about how my body should be moving, especially while lifting heavy weights. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been before. The coach’s at SF Gym are amazing, helpful and they genuinely about your health, your progression in strength & fitness, which is so hard to find these days. The community vibe at SF Gym is amazing, If you’re looking for a ‘leave you ego at the door’ gym SF Gym is for you, just be prepared to be cheered on not only by coaches but by your peers too!!!
It's my first time doing crossfit and attending a box - SF Gym are amazing - fantastic people - awesome instructors and the community ties it all together - wish I had started a long time ago - thanks SF Gym u Rock
Don't join if you're looking for a real workout. These guys are more interested in pretending to offer workouts. Reality is; you work out for between 5-15 minutes of the one hour class. The rest of the time you're stretching. SF are more interested in the social aspect and charging just over $40 a week for the privilege. Avoid.
SFGym is an awesome CrossFit box. Great staff and an awesome well equipped facility. The other members are welcoming. Great vibe!
Did the CF-Kids course at West Coast Crossfit and the facility was great, and their team were fantastic
Great owners, coaches and community. Fantastic technical knowledge and technique/safety focus while making it fun and accessible to everyone.
Great gym. Emphasis is on technique rather than just piling on weight.
Best coaching, awesome facilities, great intensity and awesome staff!
