Located within walking distance from Perth CBD, Leederville, North Perth and West Perth, we offer Personal Training, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastic Training, Endurance and Yoga, in addition to CrossFit classes.
With a strong focus on technique, we have a well developed training system in place to guide our members on how to safely execute all movements before jumping into a CrossFit class. Our members safety, enjoyment and progress are our main priorities.
