Great trainers, great concept and great workout. In & out in 30 minutes, no need to be on time for classes, just walk in and start at the next free station. I'm recovering from a back injury and the guys always give me an option to do something slightly different where necessary so I don't aggravate it

Great gym / best circuit training I've done. Easy to work out. Get in, 32 mins get out. Staff are great and easy to get along with. No idiots flexing their muscles at themselves in the mirror.

Awesome work out guaranteed everytime. There are no class times so it is done in 30 minutes. Great high intensity interval training program and always good fun.

The best gym, great team and a great workout. No set class times which makes it so convenient !!!! After hesitating to join, I now love it, always the best prt of my day....Always feel like more than just a number, no hesitation recommending!

Great workout. Changes everyday, 9 stations for a full body 30 min sweat sesh. Trainers are always there to help push you through.
