Parkfit is by far the best personal training experience I've ever had! I trained with Doug for almost a year. His technique, knowledge, friendliness and high level of communication are all a testament to the way he can transform your life through fitness and health goals. Training outdoors in the park was such a refreshing and motivating way to work out too!
