Facilities are good but the lifeguard staff in the indoor pools just stand on the bridge talking as opposed to controlling any of the people in the pools - especially on weekends.nnDespite dedicated lanes marked as ‘Slow’ and ‘Fast’, I constantly have to negotiate children playing catch in the fast lane, people floating on their backs in the middle of the same lane, and just yesterday I was swum into twice from side on in 40 minutes by people crossing from one lane to another without looking.nnIt’s disappointing and the one thing holding me back from a membership. Despite having great facilities and being the best location pool for me, I try to avoid where possible due to the lack of care/control any of the staff have over the swimmers. In chatting to other swimmers in my lane yesterday, it’s a common concern held by many swimmers and there is an accident waiting to happen.

The on-site cafe is a nice bonus, offering a comfortable place to relax post-workout. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!
Fantastic outdoor 50m pool. I really enjoyed swimming my laps here while on a short holiday.
Excellent facilities! Clean, helpful staff. Gym is very clean, staff, on ongoing basis are cleaning as users use. State-of-the-art gym equipment . Change rooms are always clean. They offer many classes in a variety of activities. This is top facility in WA. Prices are reasonable. There is something for everybody and every age. Love the mid-century vibe of the very cool cafe.
Always lovely to come here for the kids swimming pool, i like to take the kids for swim in the afternoon and Beatty Park is the best as it is undercover swimming pool with lots of special slice and toys for kids.nnThe cafe just right next to the swimming pool so convenience for the parent to stay dry and watch kids swimming.nnParking also very easy and the entry is reasonable price
