I've been training with F45 Perth CBD for 18 months and I absolutely love it. All of the trainers are so welcoming and make the effort to get to know each and every member by name. Even though you're training in classes as a group, the trainers still give everybody attention and motivation as well as correcting posture and technique if needed, it's like having personal trainers who know your ability and will encourage you to achieve your targets in health and fitness, but with the added buzz of training in a group. Every class is different, so you can't get bored of the workouts, and being so varied means brilliant all round fitness and toning - it's genius!

I have been training at F45 Perth CBD for about 3 months now and I can honestly say that it has improved all areas of my life. I am so much stronger, I feel much healthier, I sleep better and my day to day clarity has improved. I feel I can operate better in all other areas of my life because of F45. The classes are intense and always challenge you and you get a fantastic feeling of accomplishment after you have finished. I have made many new friendships & I love the positive vibe in class. The team being Luciano, Rupert, Kellie and Owen are fantastic - they are helpful and supportive and always up for a laugh. I would 100% recommend F45 to anyone looking to make a positive change Thanks guys!
