I come in every five years to renew my licence and I have never had a problem. Today was no different. From Andy who was managing the queue to Michelle who finally did the licence renewal they couldn't have been more friendly, polite and helpful. There was also one other staff member who was very helpful but I didn't get her name. From the time I walked in the door until I walked out it was no more than 20 minutes. That included an eye test and new photo for my licence. Truly exceptional service that I cannot fault. Special mention to Michelle who was just a joy to deal with. All the staff that I dealt with were able to keep their composure in a high stress environment. Congratulations on a job well done.
They’ve really upped their service here! We came on a Saturday morning to sort something out. The lady at the door was extremely patient and helpful despite having many people to help. She guided us to the printers and helped us find the appropriate forms etc.nnWe were served by Padma who was also very good. She had a good sense of humour which you need when you work at/ go to these places and she got the job done. It took a while but she was thorough and made sure everything was in place before we left. Thank you!nnIn terms of the place itself, it is very bright, has a lot of seating and feels comfortable to be in. They have the boards that tell you when your turn is, and it is all very clearly laid out. The staff are mostly good, and it was overall a great experience.
Good and bad service. Big shout out to the nice lady Elena sorry if I spell wrong who helped me!nnI took time off from work to change my interstate car plate for the SECOND TIME! But the lady who served me at first declined my request cuz of some stupid reason and she left work the second I stepped out of the office.nnI was not going to give up so went back in right then. Luckily, the second lazy Elena helped me with my situation as I do have all the documents needed. I received my NSW car plate right away.nnPlease be responsible for what you say as you are supposed to service the public. Don’t waste people’s time and money only cuz of your lack of experience and knowledge.
It’s the hardest driving test center to get a pass because the traffic nearby is really complicated. There are always roadworks which distract and annoy the exam takers a lot. When you drove to Marsfield, people living there did not follow traffic rules and then made you fail again and again. The service NSW center is also located in the car park so a lot of shoppers will accidentally affect you! If you wish to take driving test there, you have to make sure you are really lucky person. Personally, I have already taken five times and I haven’t passed. I’m not the only but some of my friends also took three times or above and still couldn’t get a pass here.
Staff controlling the queue and issuing ticket provided wrong info. We went there with a buyer of our car. The buyer is supposed to fill in the transfer form. But we were told that the seller has to fill in the transfer form.nnPlease have these people well trained so as not to waste everyone's time.
