I passed my NSW Car licence test in Warriewood a long time ago. Today, I passed my HR licence DKT at Warriewood RTA again. Staffs are always helpful with great customer service. I'm always happy to go there even though I live in Lower North Shore. I will do MC at Warriewood RTA in the future!
Always a pleasure doing business here. By far and away, the most professional and courteous and genuine staff…. and management. Well done team
On arrival I got my ticket number M109 and waited after being called to the counter to renew my boat drivers license it was rather obvious staffer had not much of a clue how to process renewal although I had all relevant paperwork ready to process this took around 25 minutes. Time to train staff in their job, processing renewals.
Couldn’t speak any higher of the staff. The help they provided was second to none. Overall wonderful and stress free experience. Katie was an absolute champion, she deserves a pay rise.
Quick and painless! Got to the Service NSW Warriewood office, when I came in, a concierge type customer service person greeted me and helped me with my forms, gave me some direction, and she even got the ticket for me. It must have been just 5-10 mins after, while I was still doing my forms that my number was called. The 2nd customer service person was also nice, polite, and helpful. Did what I needed to do quickly. Five Stars!
RMS are always busy. But the staff here do a great job to get you through as quickly as possible.
After getting the royal F-around At Brookvale I decided to head out to Warriewood and try my luck! Well what an absolute awesome experience and it was totally the opposite experience to Brookvale... you'd think both being government run the service and knowledge would be the same WRONG! The staff at Warriewood are Friendly helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are served and get what you turned up for done on the day unlike Brookvale that make you sit around for over an hr then tell you they cant help you for some pathetic meaningless reason and then get you to make an online booking for weeks away... I Dealt with Daphne and Katie at Warriewood on separate days with separate issues and both were easy to deal with knew what they were doing helpful and most of all Professional. Thanks girls you made the trip from Freshwater to Warriewood well worth the effort for a simple and effortless transaction. I highly recommend steering well clear of Brookvale and head straight to Warriewood for some real customer service. Thanks again :-
The staff try their best but it’s really confusing the way they manage the queue. People have to line up for ages outside due to restrictions inside, but then the concierge roams the queue and some people get to jump ahead in front of others that have been waiting for ages! If all their staff just served the next person in line, it would be less confusing and less frustrating for all and I was one who jumped the queue this time - but last time I waited while like 10 ppl jumped ahead of me
I spent quite some time waiting in the queue at Warriewood Service NSW today. As expected they were super busy but they did everything possible to expedite the customers requests while keeping people safe by asking them to check-in, wear masks, social distance and sanitise on entry. Doing a great job during a difficult time. Chris was particularly friendly and helpful once I got to the counter. Good job Service NSW - your efforts are appreciated.
I have just attended this office to renew my Photo ID. Queue was long outside and I believed I would be there for hours BUT, I wasn't. Everyone was dealt with very efficiently and the officer who dealt with me, Katrina, was delightful. All in all, an excellent experience with a government organisation.
