Pretty incompetent and useless at providing any service, despite being called Sevices NSW. I’ve visited 3 times now to convert an international licence UK to a NSW licence, but they cannot once provide me the correct instructions or the process. First time they forgot to call me back, the second time I was called and told to come back, but then they couldn’t serve because I didn’t bring a passport, even though I wasn’t told I needed to bring it I thought I had an ongoing application, apparently that wasn’t submitted and was binned, so now I have to start the process all over again. Worst is the person was arrogant and didn’t have one ounce of customer service experience, again strange in a place called Services NSW.nnMy advice for anyone needing to visit, is to quiz them thoroughly to ensure they provide you with the correct advice and information, because they don’t see that as their responsibility. If you don’t know their systems, they won’t help you.
I hardly come across a SNSW this unprofessional.nProbably 2 active counters, in one of them the lady is just having a laugh with a customer for 20 minutes now and the centre keeps getting busier and busier.
Went the Service NSW Chatswood to return 2 E-Tags. Waiting time was 2 hours to return tags. Should have a more efficient the system for returning E-Tags eg drop-off to enquiry/reception person on entering premises. Ended up posting E-Tags instead. Other times attended the wait time has also been long. Needs more staff or another nearby branch to open.
Giving credit where credit is due! Please give Monica a pay rise or any reward for her amazing ability to understand customer needs and executive effectively and efficiently, while with a smile on her face. Very happy with my service today, all agents should be like Monica, stellar example for this branch!
Only two counters open at 10am. Neither of which had any customers. SO many people waiting. I waited 10 minutes with not one person called to the empty counters. I left. The queue to check in was by this stage out the door. Hopeless! Unfortunately I couldn’t do what I needed online.
