Great service and a reasonable price. Comfortable trip to and from magnetic Island. Ferry was clean and comfortable.
You never get any parking. It's always full. Cars are left their for days at a time. Also you cannot get any parking for shopping. Caught the 7am ferry and all parking full, I had to park down the road.
Very easy: turn up and pay the guy at the gate and your done. $9 for a normal car/4wd for 24hrs is pretty good!
Ticket office staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. The terminal is well laid out, clean and tidy. There is a shop that provides some delicious snacks. Access to boarding the ferry was fast and easy.
Freindly staff. Nice ferry ride to Magnetic Island . Book online to save $$$ . Be ontime they leave as per timetable . Car park costs about $8.00 per day. $32.00 return ferry ride.
On time,easy access,goes further than Magnetic Is. onto the Palm Island group which is well worth a visit.I must confess I spent 30yrs there but it is truly beautiful...
Didn't use car park but counter staff were most pleasant and helpful whilst terminal building was tidy and kiosk offered reasonably priced and tasty food & drink.
Fantastic terminal, lots of seats and customer service was fantastic, really helped us and told us simply what we needed to do. Made for a great day. Thank you again.

Serves it's purpose as a ticket booth & exit point for the ferry to Magnetic Island. Staff very nice but really not much to it. Book online- still need to line up for ticket.
