Staff needs better training, we were told a return cost for our trip that we had calculated into our expenses, only to drive out RV onto the barg and once we were on the boat with the vehicle, THEN we were informed that we must pay almost $400 return. Which was double the quoted return cost over the phone.nnWe received no prior emails of confirmation or information about what to do, where to go. Even though I was asked for an email address to send through the confirmation and invoice.nnThe skipper was beautifully kind and understanding. Helping us maneuver the large RV so we wouldn't bottom out when exiting the boat.nnWe were lucky enough to get some Gorgeous photos of the sunset on the 6pm boat back to Townsville too

Awesome way to get your car over to Magnetic Island and see the Island in your time and at your own pace. Customer service is fantastic and the guys on deck to guide you to park are friendly and always have a smilenand wish you a great day.

Fantastic service. Worth booking in advance to ensure there’s room. Especially during the holidays. Only 40minutes and comfortable helpful staff

Never done anything like this before. It was so easy to drive on and off the ferry.nWas a comfortable ride across to the island

We took our car and 4 adults on the ferry for $250 ish around that price return, easy drive on and off. Very quick staff were nice.
