Have you heard about the poor customer that had his SBS account hacked and lost $134K? Without any proof he was unreasonably negligent, they have declined to reimburse him! Update: After some months I believe SBS have seen this customer right. Pity the customer had to go through hell before SBS saw sense.

Went in to Riccarton branch to enquire about opening an account with them. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful so decided not to.

Shout out to all the beautiful staff at Riccardon SBS Bank. First thing is you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in...Appointment helps, they all made the process comfortable and easy. The lady that was at the counter was so lovely, sorry I didn't get your name and also the lady that took over from her...that was our fault due to I needed to grab something from the car and my partner offered to get my wallet I needed. But you cant hold up other people that had just come in so thats why we took a seat and another lovely lady helped us but was reccomemded from the lady behind the counter....in the end it all worked out but appreciate your amazing service and help: So thank you  from us both and you guys deserve the 5 stars 10 stars if only they had that....

Very friendly knowledgeable staff, always very easy to work with. Very pleasant open surroundings, and easy to park too.

Great bank to deal with and very friendly, helpful staff!
