I am here to open my ANZ account today. Everyone who has helped me was so helpful and friendly. Truly surprised at the quality of service I received today. Special thanks to Michelle, Judy, George for your smile and expertise.

Had the pleasure of having Michelle helping me open a bank account for my work holiday visa. Really professional and efficient experience.

This is the second time I came to Riccarton  branch and both times the customer service was very poor and the customer was asked irrelevant questions. Yesterday, they asked me why do you want to get a credit card?nIs this a routine question from the customer!!!!

My bank card got hacked, the phone service was very sure that they could help me get my money back, but the counter staff said that they could not guarantee that I could get my own money back. Also the phone service said it only take 7-10 business days, but the branch staff said it gonna take 15 business days which is 3 weeks. Anz could not guarantee the safety of my money, very disappointed and extremely poor experience.

Went to the Riccarton branch to make a deposit . The bank was open but no tellers operating - I was told they don’t accept cash deposits on Saturday… It’s a bank and they won’t take my money to put in my account - the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. A billion dollar profit and they can’t afford to have one teller operating - really unimpressed
