A total waste of time and money. What is the point of having a branch if it doesn’t have teller’s, eftpos, and can’t settle debt. Now that I’ve got that off my chest, the one and only good thing is the nice lady that said they were unable to help me yesterday.
This bank is an absolute disgrace. Do not recommend this banks services! They have useless customer support and communication. They operate with determined intimidation tactics that I don’t wish upon anyone in New Zealand. Absolutely horrific experience and still living through it. I’m not going down without a fight and I will get my compensation.
Horrible service applied for a part loan around $7k for a vehicle of which i could afford no problem, got told by Joel Felizardo after severe micro managing and questions on little amounts of spending that I was living above my means, even though I am banking into a saving s account $200+ dollars a week in excess cash. If you are considering finance give these guys a wide berth.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Lack of communication especially between each other We have been dealing with the financial ombudsman due to Heartlands poor behavior! Would NOT recommend banking with Heartland!
Worst company in New zealand!! would stay far away from this bank or Marac finance , 0% customer service and impossible to contact via phone or email, rubbish App that wont work. cant rate 0 starts enough
I had a great experience with Angela Banks at the Chch branch. Wonderful service including great communication.
I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Heartland Bank. My wife & I have savings with them and Rachael we dealt with was amazing. Made everything so easy and was so helpful. NZ owned and people who really care about you that is our experience.
I had a great experience with heartland bank. Went there first time last week regarding assest finance staff was so nice cant believe. Met with cameron he helped me out big time. Really loved the way the talked. Very very professional
