What's behind that orange door? A whiskey bar! Unless you're looking for it you might miss this gem hidden in an otherwise crazy area of the Valley. Do yourself a favour and check it out. The hostess was lovely and invited us in offering menus and asking if we'd prefer bar or table service. As a lover of cocktail theatrics I opted for the bar service where the staff were friendly, acknowledged all guests and made a mean Manhattan. I love the theming of the wallpaper extending into the menus in cocktail names and illustrations making it really feel like you've stepped into another time. I want to make my way through that bottle list.

Intimate atmosphere and sublime cocktails. Great to have another sophisticated bar in Brisbane. The brainchild of the team that bought us 'Cobbler' in West End.

No room to sit in peak hour. Uptight patrons. Expensive drinks and hot temperatures. Only reason I'm giving more than one star is because it had a cute little Harry Potter / Fantastic Beasts feel to it

Nice setting. Open till late on a weekday which was great. Cocktail tasted like play-doh which wasn’t great.
