I regularly go to events at Jade Buddha. While the location and views are great, there's plenty of room for improvement in pretty much every other aspect. The wait to order is so bad people often simply give up. The bathrooms are filthy, worse than public toilets. The food is mediocre. The dress code is stricter than appropriate for the venue. I know I'm not the only regular who feels this way. I hope management takes notice.

Jade Buddha is a beautiful restaurant in a lovely location overlooking the Brisbane River and story Bridge. The $12 Dumpling Tuesday and Thursdays is really good but holding a table is hard. I recommend bringing a friend and plenty of laughs for the good food.

Have been here twice for the $12.00 AYCE Dumplings. The flavour is great. The wait isn't terrible. Expect to wait a few minutes, but they've really mastered the art of getting you dumplings as quickly as possible.

Nice venue with views of the river and open doors and outdoor seating for fresh air. Crowded during Sunday nights with Latin dancing. It makes a lively atmosphere whether you can join in or not. Have to secure a better spot for fireworks. Food is ok. Average for a little above average prices.

The food was average at best, but the staff where the saving grace. Had a wonderful waiter who was a pleasure. She smiled from ear to ear and I wish I knew her name to thank her on this review. Keep hiring staff like her they are who are saving this place
