I could not praise this business and it’s personnel more highly. After cracking the inner glass of my oven door just a few days before Christmas, not only did Linda organise an overnight courier so I could pick it up before the party we were hosting, but she didn’t even charge me for the service. I only paid for the product and even that was cheaper than the manufacturer’s direct website. Thank you so much for your generosity and 6 star service. If I could give you 6 starts I would. Merry Christmas to all of your amazing staff.
I ordered a shelf online for my 10 year old fridge on the Thursday afternoon and it arrived on the Monday excellently packed and in perfect condition. Very happy with everything about Genuine Appliance Parts. Highly recommended
It was looking like I wasn't going to have a drinks shelf in my Samsung fridge in the leadup to Christmas. Kate at Genuine Appliance Parts was amazing to ensure I got the right shelf that fits. I had some issues at first because I thought I'd got the wrong-sized shelf, but it turns out, I just had to jiggle it make it fit. Kate was really patient with me - none of this 'it's the right one' and arm crossing. More 'see how you go' and at her end doubling checking her company got the right part yep, they did. Really professional and YES I do have room for Chrissy drinks in my fridge. Very humbled. Thank you.

I called asking about a part for our washing machine. Was told where the model number is on the machine, so called back the next day Thursday. Was asked if I wanted express post or $7.95 flat rate. I thought express post wouldn't arrive to Monday, anyway, so opted for the flat rate. Mid Friday morning, I received an Australia Post text, my part was being delivered THAT afternoon. I'm the other side of Melbourne, and was truly amazed the part was on my door step within 36 hours

A advanced Washer and dryer repairs have been very happy with Genuine spares over the years, they always do their very best to please.
New Address! Still great service, even trying to get hard to get items. The old location had VERY limited parking, this new location is no better. Beware that opposite side of the street to SOS is a complete NO STANDING zone if you don't want to get a ticket. SOS is not really a shop, there is only a very tiny display area with a few knick knacks. Parts are ordered, which you can do over the phone and just pick them up here. The staff are always very helpful and are happy to advise if you can't figure out what to ask for.
Fantastic place to go for appliances parts. Check online first for availability and price. They have more than meets the eye. Give it a go, mate
