Called Don up in the morning and he was able to arrive with spare parts he had on hand by the afternoon at the booked time. We had a broken washing machine and oven. He did some tests and worked out the problem, installed the part and was up and running shortly after. He stuck around to run a test wash to ensure it completely fixed the problem. The oven was simple for him too- changing over the heating element and light bulb. And again, he tested to ensure it worked properly before leaving. Don was caring, professional and explained what the parts did. Would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs a timely, experienced and honest appraisal with reasonable charges. His stock on hand meant he could resolve the issues on the spot. He is also able to source parts and return if needed. Very happy with his services.
Don was awesome. He arrived promptly at the time we had arranged, and his communication was excellent. He tried really hard to repair my old oven, coming up with lots of options so that I could keep it. When I decided it wasn’t worth the cost, he went to the trouble of finding a comparative oven that would fit in the space I had. He got me a much better price than I could’ve got on my own and found an oven that looks perfect in our kitchen. He cleaned up after himself, and took away my old oven and all the packaging from the new oven at no extra cost. Don’s callout fee was very reasonable, but the main reason I would recommend him is because of his customer service and skill as a technician. I will definitely be using Dektron Electronics in the future
I contacted Don from Dektron for the first time a couple of weeks ago to look at my dishwasher - after observing his service I asked him to also look at my dryer and oven. Found him very professional, knowledgeable and honourable. I’d highly recommend Don. His prices are very reasonable saved us heaps of money and he provides a very honest service. Thanks Don.
