My machine was picked up as arranged. Was told I would get a phone call when it was ready ,after waiting for longer than I was told it would be I phoned and was told he had forgotten to call me a week before.Was told it would be ready soon ,and yes within the week I got a call to say it was being delivered back and sure enough it was .BUT.when I opened it up to try it the plug lead to the machine was not there so after phone calls I was given excuses about it being sent but still haven't got it back .so not flippin happy .
I would highly recommend Ringwood Sewing Machines. Steve fixed my Mum's sewing machine which she had tried to have mended elsewhere without success. Quick turnaround and very reasonable prices. 5 Stars.
I recently had an old Husqvarna sewing machine serviced and overhauled. The machine was working but very clanky. Steve collected the machine from my home free of charge and returned it several days later. The machine is running very smoothly and is very quiet. I am very pleased with the service and the price charged. Steve also repaired a faulty light on my Toyota machine to my satisfaction. Very happy with the workmanship and competitive pricing. Having the machines collected and returned is a great bonus.
What a fantastic service I received from Ringwood. I thought I would have to replace my 50 year old Husqvarna sewing machine but Steve repaired and returned it within two days and I feel I now have a new machine. If I could give more than five stars I would!
Extremely happy with the service that was done on my vintage singer , it now sew's great. Excellent service my machine was picked up from home and dropped back once fixed, will definitely be using Steve again
I have been using Ringwood Sewing Machines for a few years now and Stephen has always provided excellent service. I once had a problem with my embroidery machine which had completely jammed up in the middle of an urgent job and he called in on his way home to fix it. Recently he has replaced a needle threader on a Babylock overlocker under warranty and whilst here sorted out a small tweak on another machine. Great service, many thanks Sue Tye - Dressed To Impress
Most unsatisfactory. Has had my machine for weeks. At first rang me to say my sewing machine could be repaired, but needed a part from USA. After repeated phone calls, "Steve" said that the part had arrived that morning 14 July 2017 and he would fit it and deliver it. We agreed on morning of 17 July, but he never appeared and since then has ignored my phone calls to his land line, mobile and e-mail - all details got from the card he gave me when he collected the machine. He originally offered to lend me a machine, but even requests for that have been ignored.
A very good service - very efficient - very friendly and very knowledgeable. My 50 year old sewing machine is now working as good as new and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Steve! Liz Humphries
Thank you Steve, my Memory Craft 9700, never ever sounded like this, purring, thank you for a fantastic servicex. Taken my Juki for service and there is an overlocker waiting as wellx.
