Satispie Bakery &coffee

Tucked away in a little space out the front of Beenleigh Mall is this delightful bakery. Delightful in that its name gives me a giggle every time I drive past and fulfils all my bakery cravings. The customer service is top notch, friendly, quick and happy to keep the customer satispied. I come here frequently as it's near my children's school and always get the same thing. A Vietnamese pork roll and a cheese and bacon sausage roll. Now some might turn up their noses at the deliciousness of a cheese and bacon sausage roll and rightfully so because most establishments only chuck in a tiny little bit of bacon and put some cheese on top. But not these guys, oh no the sausage roll is actually gooey, liquidy cheese with so much bacon you get some with every bite. The Vietnamese pork rolls are always delicious and they don't mind taking off the coriander for me! Great job!

Steak and Cheese Pies: Would have been perfect if they were much warmer! Ham Salad Roll: I asked if it had egg in it three times. She nodded yes! Arrived to the local sports field to find there was no egg or mayo and very dry to eat. Another thumbs down! Vietnamese Pork Roll: I can make better! UNSATISPIED!

Absolutely disgusting. 06.08.22 I ordered a Cheese and Bacon Sausage Roll after 2 bites realised that it was, 90% pastry. I took it back and showed the staff member that served me, then the manager came out. I asked for a refund and the manager tried to stare me down. Then tried to say that I’ve eaten half and offered me $2. Def not recommending and won’t return.

Best pie shop in Beenleigh hands down. Couldn't really fault the pies at all, very well seasoned pie filling, and nice buttery short cut pastry casing. The sweets and Vietnamese pork rolls are a hit aswell as the sausage rolls keep up the good work lil Viet fam

First of all the steak and cheese is pretty good compared to most bakeries because there's actual chunks of steak in it with a sprinkle light of grated cheese on top of the filling. So if there are any kiwis out there this would be the average steak and cheese you'd find back home. The sausage roll however was not continued after two bites in it had a mushy texture where the sausage mix breaks up effortlessly. The filling is missing alot of love because a little something to bind and give it flavour because it sort of does have a touch of dogfood sorta vibe to it. On a good note their pastries did look good because they use actual cream instead of mock for their long johns and other pastries but I'll fill you in the next time I try their pastries. Note: they're not very big on customer service for those of you that expect a smile because it's all about getting the product sold which is understandable and a norm for me at most Asian bakeries. If you're reading this Satispie your customer service delivery will increase your sales because most people are drawn and return to a 'friendly' welcome, smile and great service.

Cake from another world! I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday to be celebrated in her day care and i asked for a customised cake with many special requests in it and it was all done with a smile, beyond my expectations. Everyone at the centre were gobsmacked when they saw the cake. The best part is that the cake tasted as good as it looked, i am so happy that i ordered with Satispie after being gone for a run around with LACK of options and poor communication by other cake shops. There were some seriously talented hands behind the creation of our cake. I have ordered many cakes in Melbourne & Brisbane and there were millions of options to choose from some really good shops, however, Without a doubt, This cake is in top 3 of my list. It was a Vanilla Sponge two tier cake with specially ordered macroons. If you give enough notice this shop can create something magical for you. After all the things i have written and experienced, there is no need to mention that i recommend this shop. Thanks to Satispie and the lady who made our cake!

I contacted Satispie Bakery to request an unusual cake for my birthday. They were so accommodating and seemed really interested in making a great cake for me! I asked for a beetlejuice cake with a sandworm on top - Satispie created such an amazing cake that was also so darn delicious! They also managed to get the cake to me a day early before lockdown kicked in. I can’t recommend Satispie enough! Thank you!!
