Great coffee, venue and friendly staff. I have been coming to this venue when the previous owners had it, sure there was a transition period when things weren't so good after the handover, but the new owners have managed to bring it back to as good as it used to be. Well done and thanks for maintaining my number 1 local, Brad

If you are driving to Santucci's, you will find a convenient car park just around the corner in Myrmiong Street. Walking through the exposed red-brick corridor, we found a larger table for 4 adults and 2 children in friendly surrounds out the back. We sat down and ordered our food (yum) and coffees (nice). If you have the pear and walnut toast, the espresso butter is a great accompaniment. The staff were just right (in terms of friendliness, helpfulness, presence and general customer service) and the amenities were clean and had a familial charm. We stayed for a couple of hours, swapped stories and had many laughs and on the way out, the bill was reasonable - well worth our experience. Thank you Santucci's!

Parking is becoming an issue in this area and it is only 1 hour out front. Fine is roughly $80 and they pounce 7 days a week as it's become a very profitable shopping strip for The Council. Apart from the parking pressures, Santucci's changed hands recently and while the menu has stayed roughly the same the new owners are now Chinese. Basically, this is the reality now for the leafy green suburbs of Melbourne's East. Not really a problem yet until it becomes one! I cannot fault the food and service we received today. The new owners speak perfect English and go out of their way to serve you. They currently employ an Startrek like crew so that is a nice plus.
