Very cosy little Japanese place. Loved the interior and loved the intimate outdoor space which we were seated in. The menu had a great selection of traditional food with a modern twist. We got the chef's set menu, which included 6 starters, a main dish and the signature dessert. No swaps with the set menu but we ended up ordering more on top of this. Not that you need to, the set menu was plenty but our curiosity got the better of us. The set menu was $65 pp, which was very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Chicken skewers are a must. Highly recommend, will be back!
What another brilliant dining experience at this gorgeous piece of Melbourne Japan! We really loved our experience here at Haiku. The vibe was warm and welcoming and they had really cute merch you can purchase next door. Service and food were exceptional with delicious Japanese fusion meals and quick friendly service.
Need time to be seated, good food. Service was not bad, while they are too busy. Great atmosphere to stay with friends, a bit noisy to go alone.nPrefer bar seats, recommend to go with bunch of friends.nTry salmon and fried chicken.
Authentic delicious Japanese breakfast and lunch options on Toorak road! Loved their selection of drinks including Sakura and matcha delicious food options including katsu curry and okonomiyaki and udon! Everything is mouth watering. Drinks are great. Such aesthetic interior decor.. so worth the wait. And while you do, you can peruse the store next door with so many Japanese delights!
