This is a most fantastic hotel. It is professionally operated with excellent staff and service. There are various bars including a sporting bar. The dining areas are situated indoors and outdoors with spectacular views to Bribie Is. Excellent menus that cater to a variety of tastes. Beautifully prepared foods. Architecturally, this is a most stunning modern building that simply blends into the contours of the environment.. The owners have invested in a quality finished building that is adaptable to a variety of needs. Live open air concerts by leading acts occur here on a regular basis. There is an oyster bar located by the water.

Went to the Red Hot Summer Tour Sunday 11th. Fantastic music, lots of room for picnic rugs. No shade. Small area set aside for disabled but when we had to all quickly get inside (thousands of people), everything was extremely badly handled. If anything had gone wrong inside, there would have been a catastrophe. When all is going well, this is a wonderful venue. With generally friendly and helpful staff.

Celebrated my birthday there with my wife, 4 kids, mother-in-law plus one. The place is lovely. We are regular diners there. The staff are great, it's very nicely laid out inside with several bars and a restaurant. The menu is good and fairly priced. The only failure was my mother-in-laws steak arrived rare instead of medium and when she took it back they threw it away and thought she didn't want it so she only got her meal when they were clearing the table...very disappointed with that.

Great place to take the kids to have a run around. But don’t bother dropping for a meal at the restaurant if you don’t have a booking always booked out. Your only option is the oyster bar for fish and chips. At least it is another option. Fish and chips were good but expensive at $75 for 2 pieces of fish a serve of calamari and a couple of cutlets. Not sure if it was just when we have been there or if at always like it, but down near the oyster bar it seems to have smelt like stinky bins.

View is superb. Looks across Pumicestone Passage to Bribie Island. Food beautiful. Only negatives are noisy kids running round dining room and we're not talking cheap pub grub dining room here. Another real negative in a very upmarket pub is that one must queue to place meal order and go to bar for drinks. Otherwise very enjoyable.
