Very good staff, helpful and nice!! However the cheesecakes they had tasted like they had a whole jar of gelatine in it! Still was a nice experience and would go again! 😊

Came for brunch at 11am on a Saturday. Ordered 2 x tall caramel lattes, 1 x omlette & 1 x eggs Benedict. Store was reasonably busy. Store was generally unclean, hospitality was lacking as we had to send coffee back (their mistake) and girl did not say anything, no apologies made, order was inaccurate x 4, twice at the counter & twice when it came out (ordered 2 x caramel lattes; at counter girl read back 2 x iced lattes after correcting her she read back 2 x iced caramel latte, corrected her again but coffee still came out as iced lattes, then omlette was incorrect but didn't bother complaining again) & speed of service was average also but they were busy. Overall a disappointing brunch considering we spent $47.70.
