Unfortunately this wasn't one of my better CC experiences. It was my first visit to this store, and about 7.30am, so not busy. The more senior woman initially ignored me standing at the counter.nI ordered a small double shot cappuccino with caramel. When I picked it up it felt more like a Babychino with hardly any milk - all froth. $6.60 - Really.???? I don't often have CC but this is what I'd normally pay for a Regular elsewhere, and it would have more milk.
Basic food and average coffee, seemed like everyone working at that time just didn't want to be there. Was told to order at the counter when we were ready, only to make our decisions only to find out that both meals were no longer available and choose something else . When the meals and drinks came out it was clear that the chef/ cook wasn't interested. Poor food quality and high priced for what we had. It might have been just a bad day for all there but surely someone has the skills to be at least friendly or ever respectful.

Waited 2 hours for food that we didn’t even end up getting. Staff kept looking at us but no one came to check in about our order. Multiple of the other tables were also waiting over an hour and a half for their food. Absolutely disappointed! Went up to check on our order after an hour and a half and was told it would be at least another 30 minute wait. We noticed the other tables who came in after us were getting their food after we had waited two hours so went to check with the kitchen again and they suddenly didn’t have our order receipt?! Staff were unprofessional and unapologetic. Also saw the cook using the tongs she was using to cook with to ring the bell. So disgusting, do better.
Waited over an hour for food which was cold and half cooked and killed with sauce. Girl that served drinks did not know which each drink was. Management have no idea how to run a kitchen, as one would have been in there helping. Never been to a Coffee Club so poorly run. I know it’s a busy day for a place like that but you needed more staff helping your cooks.
