How is this maccas still open, it is absolutely filthy inside, I was appalled by the filth, to top it off, we ordered 4 desserts and waited 20 minutes before eventually going up after hear numbers called out after ours, we asked about our order, the girl rolled her eyes at us, when we got our sundaes and McFlurry Larges only one Sunday was full, the other Sunday was half full and the McFlurry quarter full, we asked about that, the girl laughed at us and walked away!nnI do not recommend this McDonald’s, I feel they should be shut down, the health and safety would not pass if an inspector went in!
I’m driving to the Maccas at bribie interchange from now on.nOrdered double sausage and egg and 2 sausage and egg. All were just sausage no eggs and the muffin on one was so hard like it was sitting in the toaster for an hr. Seriously guys
It seems asking for a burger with NO salad or sauce is a bit tricky...it was drowned in some awful sauce...and the apple pies were in fact hot cross buns...so the slop went straight in the bin - not practical to drive all the way back and get them to do it again. This is not the first time this place has messed up a simple order but tonight going there was the last resort and it was an experience all too predictable and regretable.
Waited 30 minutes for just two hotcakes, a bacon & egg McMuffin, and an iced coffee. Tried to give me an ice coffee that had been sitting on the bench for 25 minutes. The staff were extremely rude and showed no concern for the delay. Definitely won’t be returning.
Hi there, I’m really disappointed with a recent order from the McDonald’s in Bribie Islands. This was our experience going through the drive through. All of our drinks were only filled about three-quarters of the way, the McChicken sauce that was meant to be included and paid for in the meal was missing, and the Minecraft McHappy Meal didn’t come with the toy or the Nether sauce — both of which were paid for and expected. My 5-year-old brother was especially excited about the Minecraft-themed meal and was really let down when it didn’t come with what was promised. We paid for everything properly and expected the full order, and it’s frustrating to have so much missing, especially when it involved a child’s experience. I’d really appreciate it if this could be looked into and made right.
