Ordered through drive thru here. Got home and the “large” fries were half empty not just fallen out in the bag literally just half missing and not cooked properly. Staff operating drive thru were very slow and were clearly not confident in operating POS system. Really think they need new training and new managers here.
One of the most unclean stores in have ever seen .nI came to sit and relax but was struggling to find a clean area.nService was - order 161 , flicked straw on bench while walking away.nNot a happy place .nIll avoid coming here next time and go elsewhere.
Absolutely disgusting. Half-eaten burger handed to me.nnI’m actually furious. I paid for a fresh bacon Angus , opened the box, and found half the burger missing. Not “a messy wrap.” Not “a wrong order.” Half. The. Burger. Gone. It looked like someone’s leftovers — bun torn, patty mangled, sauce smeared. How does something this unhygienic make it past the counter?nnWhen I took it back, staff response:., no apology / shrugged / slow and unhelpful. This isn’t just sloppy; it’s a food safety fail. I didn’t pay to be handed a half-eaten meal.nnI want a full refund, a proper apology, and to know what quality control you actually have so this never happens again. Until then, I’m avoiding this store and warning others
Um let’s just say this place needs an update, and the crew needs a full retrain. Been 20 mins for coffee and ice-cream in the restaurant, should’ve gone elsewhere. Did I mention the coffee was terrible for expensive coffee $6!
How is this maccas still open, it is absolutely filthy inside, I was appalled by the filth, to top it off, we ordered 4 desserts and waited 20 minutes before eventually going up after hear numbers called out after ours, we asked about our order, the girl rolled her eyes at us, when we got our sundaes and McFlurry Larges only one Sunday was full, the other Sunday was half full and the McFlurry quarter full, we asked about that, the girl laughed at us and walked away!nnI do not recommend this McDonald’s, I feel they should be shut down, the health and safety would not pass if an inspector went in!
