More often than not the pizza is not good, and then tonight we get the saddest cheese garlic bread ever. Why would you even put this in a box to be served...?
So we found a hair in our pizza the other night, so embarrassed too as Guests were here for the firat time and instead of fish n chips we thought quick n easy domineos never fails. Not that night l put a review up, only to hear from the mangar After the failed attempts to reach him the first time. He said they would replace the whole order when We were ready to have pizza again. Sure no worries. I deleted the BAD REVIEW. SO, the time comes to call it in and the chick on the phone says no, the manager wouldn't of told you we will replace the whole order, only one pizza. WE THRU THE WHOLE ORDER IN THE BIN!!! I then asked to speak to the MANAGER AND SHE SAID HE'D GONE HOME. BUT WHEN I FIRST ASKED ABOUT THE REFUND SHE SAID HOLD ON I GOTTA TALK TO THE MANAGER. WHY IS THE MANAGER LYING AND AVOIDING FIXING HIS MISTAKES. TIME TO GET NEW EMPLOYEES!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH DOMINOES Steakhouse Pizzeria across in the marina is BEAUTIFUL and DELIVERS TOO.
The staff are always friendly and efficient. Never had to to wait for a pizza. Very busy all the time , but they always seem to have sufficient staff to manage the volume. JP
EDIT. Must have been a lucky night. Tried them again, and the pizza I got was missing the chicken. I called to let them know, but the young teenager on the phone couldn't comprehend what I was saying, so I spoke to whoever was in charge who was also a kid. There was no apology for their error. And when the replacement finally came, there was no apology or anything extra. Other restaurants in the past would give a garlic bread or coke to say sorry, but not on Bribie. I'll go back to avoiding this shop. I last went over 2 years ago. Pizzas were as ordered, on time and hot. Weren't slack with the toppings as they were in the past. May have been a lucky time for me, or perhaps they have pulled their act together.
Ordered the garlic prawn pizza and the baby spinach was missing not many ingredients on there so it was missed
I don't know what you changed with the thin base pizzas. They used to be okay. Now they taste like cardboard with two pieces of cheese on. Please fix it!
Now I never have posted a negative review against a business before. But this time, it is completely warranted. We ordered a delivery for 3 pizza's tonight & 1 did not have sauce on it. I called up & was placed on hold for no one to come back to the phone before I had even spoke to anyone. I then rang again to explain we had no sauce on the pizza, the young girl I spoke to was trying her best to rectify the issue, but with a arrogant manager that was arguing the point, telling her he did the pizza and there is sauce on it because it's white & we can't see it, I could hear what was being said in the background to the young girl & it was completely out of context to speak to another staff member like that when the issue wasn't really that big of a deal to begin with. & then I was placed on hold without any notification. I had to physically go down there with the pizza & the manager STILL argued the point of there was sauce on there but we couldn't see it. I LITERALLY had to pull the toppings off the pizza & drag my finger across it and scrape it on the box to show there was no sauce on it. What a joke. Absolutely appalling customer service from the manager.
My pizza came with hair. If I wanted hair I would have asked for it
Sometimes great sometimes not as ordered and very little topping.
One of the pizzas was forgotten from the order and we had been given an extra pizza. Called the store and they had insinuated that it was our fault, although we don’t make the pizzas it was somehow our fault. They advised us that we would be remaking our pizza, delivering it and that they would need the extra pizza back. Disappointed in the extremely poor customer service provided by Domino’s. However, the delivery driver was lovely and provided great customer service.
