Hey Team. I just want to take a minute to say thank you!! Thank you for being such an amazing resource in our community and for all the hard work and dedication the WHOLE team put in. As a Mum of 3 young children, having a local chemist like Sanders Pharmacy is so incredibly valuable. No matter who is helping me out during my visit, I feel valued, listened to and cared about. I truly can't put into words how wonderful you ALL are. From the bottom of my heart - THANK YOU.
Been going here for a while. I bought an ethique product today and as I was leaving the store, another employee called after me, after noticing what I had purchased, and gave me a sample pack to go with my purchase. She could have quite easily let me go, but made the extra effort for me. Thanks for the thoughtful gesture. It's service like this that can make a difference to someones day.
Gemma and her team have been so lovely to deal with. Easy to communicate with and they truly listen. So so helpful. I used their chat function on their website for my most recent purchase. Quick and easy and the products bought were on the courier the same day! Great service. Highly recommend! A+++

The lady serving today about 1700hours was to busy talking to a staff member to busy to service customers. When she finally did she was so rude. If you're in customer at least be nice. I am sorry to interrupting to talk about the weekened.

My Uncle was a regular to this pharmacy, he was always happy with their service and on his passing the team wrote a very kind sympathy card for our family, it was much appreciated.

Only had great customer service at Sanders. Knowledgeable staff and a great selection of gifts and cosmetics to shop while I wait!
