Took my client into get a blood test. Found the lady did not listen to my clients needs. Even when l tried to support my client she turned and gave me a dirty look. The client told her that she refused the blood text. Got up to leave. Nurse Kahu grabbed my clients arm. I asked her to let her go. Very mad service turned around and gave me a tidy look.
Great place to get your blood test done. No queue at 8:30 and pleasant experience overall.
We didn't have an appointment we needed a blood test. We called and asked if we had to make an appointment clear statement no. So we went there No waiting time was taken immediately few safety questions done. No pain I highly recommend.
Quick and prompt service. Friendly and helpful staff.
I hate getting my blood taken but this is the place to go. I have had not had any bad experiences with pain or felt uncomfortable. They let me lie down and make me feel comfortable
Alert level 2 restrictions...sign on dooriin small print says 5 people only in at a time..when I was there no one seeing that was followed.. people just coming in..not taking notice.. .Also when there is this sort of restriction there should be more than one phlebotomist on....so the elderly arent waiting...and waiting outside in the COLD.
Fine if you go in, but don't bother calling to make an appointment if you need one. They don't return any of your messages, even though their voicemail says they will.
