Great customer service. Neat and tidy and easy to find products. Love the new products that we  usually don't find back at home.

The produce is almost always rubbish, Countdown and groceries overall are ridiculously expensive, the self serve area is very crowded. The staff are lovely, the shelves are kept well stocked and the parking is pretty good.

Was a quick trip in and out today and thank you to the team at Countdown in Claudelands, I feel staff could have been a bit more chirpy as the whole place seemed a little down, however with my review and your for yellow stars hopefully next week will be better yeah....

I didn't have any problems at all here. They had everything I was wanting to get. Staff were polite and friendly. Will be back again :

Though sometimes I have had trouble finding specific items, I would ascribe this to supply issues rather than negligence on the part of the operators.  The staff are helpful, courteous, and understanding, there are excellent deals, prices and savings available week to week, and the quality of the products is consistent.  The Click & Collect service is excellent and any issues are swiftly resolved in a timely and equitable fashion, and staff will actively apologize and redress any delay or issue upon collection

Nice cafe with super friendly people. Nice coffee but cakes are less than soft. Robert Harris coffee. Bit hard because the chiller is more like freezer temperature I think. They need to lower it to fridge temperature. I had a Chicken Filo Burnt on bottom and Lemon cake. They can do better than this.

Good convenient location and fairly new, but for some reason always feels kind of dinghy and they are often out of products or don't even hold a product. They do have a pharmacy though which has been good. Plenty of parking. Sadly the cafe didn't last long and looks like a sore spot in the entrance being empty.

The Staff Member pushing the large trolley was weirdly in Automaton Mode and twice nearly ran into me as I shopped.  Another Staff Member similarly had bare minimum consideration for customer welfare as she almost walked into me again,  in Automaton Mode.  The Self Checkout Staff Member was professional and helpful.

A great selection of free range and fresh food and groceries with a good customer base. Helpful and quick service throughout from well trained and competent staff.

Always people stealing at this store, its sad.  I feel for the security guards.  Staff are friendly.
