Terrible breakdown in communication from reception to the GP's, I've had to pay extra for mistakes on their part more than once and be made to feel like I've done them a disservice. The stereotyping, bombarding and abrupt treatment from both reception and select GP's with tremendously poor people skills has meant putting my health in jeopardy simply to avoid a cultured ugliness. Hoping to be treated as a person on my next visit.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Gonzalez, Dr Tam, Dr Raza.  I’m registered with them, and I rate them 4 out of 5 stars, I even got a personal follow up call from doctor Raza.

But today I was treated poorly by reception, and then by whom I assume was the managing receptionist.  I wanted to register my son and  pay the initial $75 fee.  I suggested that they prioritize customer care , to which the managing reception replied “...this is a business”   

I said “you do realize I can write a review?”, and receive a blank expression from reception.   

I swallowed my pride and started the registration process, and suggest that if the value customers, then they should also value their suggestion...  however, I caught the receptionist laugh at me and snide remark to her cohort.

I was disgusted, I leaned over the counter, grabbed the copy they made of my sons birth certificate, tore the registration form and walked out.  I’m never going back there again.  Reception earned the firm minus 5 stars.  

I did warn them that I could post a negative review, & I’m left with no choice but to follow through
