The staff are friendly and compassionate. The queue can be quite long but that's most health facilities. It's great to have free fees for kids during a certain time of the day. Also, kudos to Dr. Linda Moore who is very knowledgeable in treating eczema.

I visited Anglesea A & E. It posted 14 patients waiting on line, with a huge 5 hour and 30 min waiting time.nnThe medical clinic was entirely empty. Not one soul being treated or even one patient in the entire facility, just me.nnMaybe they just don't want any patients over the holiday period.

Great experience! Took our 16 month old who was having breathing difficulties. Once she saw us, the Triage nurse took us straight in and we saw a doctor quickly after that. All the nurses and the doctor were very caring and provided excellent care! Thank you to the team!

I got a deep gash in my lower leg. I was admitted within 2 minutes and the doctor put in 9 stitches. I went back 3 times for check ups and only waited about 2 - 3 minutes to be seen. The doctors and nurses were excellent. They were all professional and pleasant. Thanks to all the staff.

Staff Judy is really rude. It is disappointment how she handling. She did not listen my concern and start telling me that I have to wait. I went to reception and girls listen me I was really in bad pain which I described 8 out of 10. It was sharp and non tolerated epigestric pain. It was hard for me to stand and even sit. I had 8 to 10 episodes of vomiting. She did not listen my complication so I have to repeat  twice . She was not sympathetic which medical staff should. I am sure other patients also felt same way about her. I never give review about services but I have to. She was really rude and non listener. As a patirnt we need sympathetic nurses or medical staff. She make my visit experience bad. Reception girls were nice to me. So one star just girls are nice.
