I’ve been here multiple times as I like to support privately owned businesses, rather than choosing the larger franchises situated on either side of this business, however they seem to express a blatant disregard for their customers as each time I have been treated with little to no respect. I always feel as though the staff are quick to judge and also quite defensive about their actions. It was to no surprise that when I was reading a few of their other poor reviews, they seem to throw the blame on the customer and take no responsibility for their actions in a jump to defend themselves. I was a pharmacist for 9 years and always treated my customers with the utmost respect and kindness, however I feel the staff here are lacking in this. I wish I could have reviewed this business a little more highly but I wanted to share my honest opinion. If you want to support privately owned businesses I suggest heading to the pharmacy on Coleman Parade which is a 30 second walk away, where I always feel extremely welcome.

This place matches all the prices in the chemist warehouse nearby. The main difference is you never wait in a que ever here. You can get your script in 1 or 2 minutes here or 20 minutes at the chemist warehouse and pay the exact same price. In some cases they are even cheaper with their generic brands too. I know where im taking my scripts.

Unfortunately the staff always seem very unpleasant. I've been here a handful of times and don't think I'll be trying them anymore.
