Yes friendly but unfortunately staff is under trained interms of managing and communication with each other in managing medicine collection. Called in advanced and agreed all details provided by nominated person and only to be turned down and ended up taking taking taxi just to pick up my meds. Really naive staff asking immature questions and failed to communicate with each other.  Causes alot of inconvenience. Sells also alot of generic brands with Mark up prices compare to Chemist warehouse which is across the road. I thought because they seldom have much customers, less waiting time and is fine with the extra charges but didn't realised the ONLY professional person that knows how to run the place is the pharmacist ONLY. Very poor communication skills interms of their staffs. Big disappointments. Waste time and money.
