I have been in the Platunim building since June 2016, and there were  many managers come to Salvo group. But, Sabrina Song is the best one for many reasons. She is a honest, accurate, quick response, smile, patient and very friendly. Thank you Sabrina. Also, Tommy is a good resepitinest of Salvo group in the city road, he is a honest, official, gentleman and good secretary. Thank you Tommy for your helping me always. 👍👍

I have been living in the platinum building for over 1 year now and have loved every bit of it. This has been my favourite place to rent as the amenities are all really good. The building has really good quality finishes and features, unlike a lot of other buildings I have rented.

Poor service and poor management. I would of given 0/5 if allowed. 
We deal with the Salvo office on city road and had nothing but trouble. 
We moved into our 'new' apartment in Bella apartments and waited 9 weeks for us to receive a set of keys to access the building, lift and apartment. 
The apartment has been designed poorly and cheap. 
When we went to move out, the office staff within Salvo treated us terrible, they refused to return the bond and attempted to find continuous faults with the apartment, all due to the design and poor quality of the apartment. 
Building manager, reception and office staff of the Bella Apartments even agreed that Salvo Property Group are a poor company to deal with and continue to disadvantage every tenant that leaves by reducing the bond on them. 
My advice: STAY CLEAR OF SALVO AND ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!
