A good referral provided. The new electricity retailer took longer to contact than I expected so at first I thought it had not gone through - but it had. Hard to get a call-back from the same agent. But overall a friendly and helpful service.

I am starting to doubt my choice of Electricity Wizard. After having to go over my details 3 times in as many as 3 days I still have not been switched over to my chosen provider. This is after 8 days. Had another call yesterday wanting me to confirm my details. I refused advising that this would be the 4th time and the caller stated this was OK. Don't know whats going on.

Swapped both Home & Work Electricity over after I was told I would have frequent flyer point connected to my accounts. After I was swapped they told me their sales person had made a mistake & I could not have the accounts Linked. Not Happy!!!!! They will tell you anything to get you to sign up with them.

Exhausting, asked to record the approval twice to switch and kept receiving phone calls for 2 full days! Calls again today due to issues at their end with accuracy of the recording with them wanting a THIRD recording of my verbal approval. Wasted my time and the continued phone calls annoying. Call centre sounded unprofessional also with loud banter/ blokes cheering as background noise that likely is the reason the recording was not accurate first, or the second time.
