Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Free drinks and bruscetta are not just gimmicks to get you in, the food is genuinely great to eat and very fairly priced.
Tourist trap! Food was below average - my canelloni was flavourless, undercooked, and watery - and everything took an unreasonable amount of time. Waiter was friendly and made jokes and we got complimentary drinks and bruschetta...but none of this made up for the bland food and slow service.
Free appetizers and drinks were given for us to dine. Groups are the major beneficiary of this customer service.
Seafood not fresh at all.
