The food was very interesting and creative. The wait staff were very engaging and would come to explain the story for each dish. I love that the restaurant is so sustainable in the way they run and manage their food. Some dishes were great but some were a little too fishy or odd for me but I did appreciate their attempt and creativity. The desserts were all great. My favourite dish was the blini with caviar. This was absolutely delicious! The ambience of the restaurant was also delightful. It's a little on the expensive side though, we spent $900 between 2 people without any alcohol. Was a nice experience but wouldn't make this a regular thing!
Amazing from start to finish one of the best meals I have eaten in my life if not the best. It's great to see a menu being so carefully curated that's sustainable and totally fish and seafood based.nThe pairings and flavours work so well together but also the wine menu and cocktail list is is just impeccable. Service was friendly but not overly pushy or too casual.nGreat to see also fish being incorporated into the desserts and it works very well.nNo complaints, looking forward to going back hopefully soon.

The rooms were beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable the kind of space you genuinely look forward to returning to after a day out in Sydney.nnWhat really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. Every aspect of the stay felt thoughtfully curated, from the atmosphere and service to the overall guest experience. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and warmth.nnThe location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined place to relax.nnWe travel often and can honestly say this hotel stands out as one of the best we’ve stayed in. If you're visiting Sydney and want a truly exceptional stay, Saint Peter Grand National Hotel is a place we would highly recommend.nnWe will absolutely be back.
We celebrated our 10-year anniversary and it was truly dining at its finest. The atmosphere with exceptional service from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully plated, with such care and attention to detail.nnThe courses felt like a thoughtfully curated journey — just when the flavours became rich and indulgent, a refreshing sorbet appeared to perfectly reset the palate. The chef has crafted a menu that is incredibly well balanced, showcasing both creativity and restraint. An unforgettable experience in every sense.
Incredible dining experience here. We were told by an acquaintance that this restaurant is one of the BEST restaurants in Sydney. There are no Michelin stars in Sydney but if there were this place would have at least 1 or 2. Our family opted for the 9 course tasting menu and all the courses were super good! I liked trying new fish I never had before. Not every dish was my favorite but the presentation along with the service was superb. I appreciated how the staff were always present to help with any concern we had and I noticed how they worked together as a team - helping each other clean tables or adjust tablecloths or push chairs.
