I’ve always had a wonderful time when visiting Saint Luke’s Medical Centre and since moving away I’ve struggled to find a good doctor, but since being on holiday I returned and took my 6 month old son for his immunisation today and had the absolute best experience with the nurse, she was so kind and caring and even blew some bubbles after his needle which instantly took his mind off the jab. This experience made my day!

Having 4/5 out of 7 doctors off on holidays at once is absolutely ridiculous Waiting times minimum 10 to 14 days.... This place has definitely gone down hill

The new doctor l had was really good and so was the nurse doing my blood test. They also bulk billed which was helpful.

Share my experience with St Luke's medical centre in Traralgon, Especially with Dr Justin Kang, It is very hard to find a good doctor Anymore, But I had been so fortunate And grateful To find a doctor Who actually cares and is thorough i have a lot of medical issues, he's So understanding always there for me And supports me, I'm so grateful to have a doctor that I can talk to And understands my needs  I would be completely lost If I didn't Have him as a doctor, he is always there for me. I highly recommend Dr Justin Kang, Thank you so much ,Olga Carr

Impossible to get them to answer the phone to make an appointment. Always goes to on hold then hangs up.

One star for the customer service here. Very rude and cold, hard to find a receptionist that isn't rude here. Have been coming here for years and nothing has changed, will have to consider a new clinic if nothing changes.

Friendly receptionists, the service from doctors and the nursing staff is excellent. Kind and compassionate, thorough. Well done

Required an emergency appointment, got through within a minute of the clinic opening, and they had an appointment available. Very happy with this clinic.

My wife suffers chronic I'llness and has been a patient at this clinic for 15 years her normal doctor left suddenly...today the clinic rang on behalf of the senior doctor  Jocelyn and advised there not interested in continuing her caremarina the receptionist  spoke to my wife like she was dirt and bluntly said to her to bad you will have to try and find another practice it is pathetic that loyal patients of 15 years get treated like this

Very rude customer's service! Doctors are nice but honestly, I don't want to call them anymore!!!!!
