Story

Hex Health uses Exercise Physiologists to assess, treat and manage injuries, pain and chronic disease. Josh Whittaker, director and exercise physiologist of the business works across 4 GP sites in Gippsland as well as Hex Health having their own site with a boutique gym in Traralgon..

With education and self management a large focus of what an exercise physiologist does, Josh believes that exercise can benefit health at any age and that everyone should have the opportunity to move more freely, with less pain and with the absence of disease (or at least managing it to the best of their ability!).

Lastly, both Lauren, Emily and Josh understand that sometimes (well a lot of the times) it's not about knowing what to do, but actually executing on it. Loaded with this knowledge, they deliver on health coaching techniques in an empathetic way to get long lasting lifestyle change.
