I have been attending this clinic for approximately 14 years now and must say that my experiences have been terrific. I am exceptionally sad to Sean go into retirement however also knew that retirement was eventually going to happen. Thank you Sean - and to your support staff/team. Your services have been a game changer for me and whilst I had to jump through hoops to get the medication that would eventually work - you supported me every step of the way. A massive thanks does not even come close to expressing my true appreciation.
I have previously seen a dermo for almost 4 years for psoriasis. He was so old fashioned with his treatment that I was getting no know where. After seeing Dr Leahy for less than q2 months skin is almost completely clear. I felt listened too and the the staff have been amazing and helpful.
Called in regards to a new client referral the receptionist was disgustingly rude, when I tried to ask when the next available appointment would be she hung up before I could finish. Sad experience.
Called to make an appointment, as soon as it was established that I was a new patient Natalie was dismissive and unhelpful. She said I could try calling back next week and they MIGHT be open then for new patients, it depends on the receptionisther? if they FEEL like opening for new patients. So I am to sit around and wait, for an appointment that might not even come into existence? What a terrible front of house face for the consulting suites. How embarrassing! Don't worry, I will do as you suggest Natalie and try find someone that can treat me for my skin concerns and can also treat me like a human being in the city. Who would want to pay to be treated like filth anyway?
Receptionist has a bad attitude. Didn’t wear a mask. Needs to work on her customer service skills and smile more. Didn’t even look at me just yelled out across the room in front of everyone to ask me personal details. Just very rude in general. Not great for already anxious patients
What a complete joke this place is. Got a referal from my GP 13 Oct. Actually attended the clinic to be met with a sign on the door. DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT APPOINTMENT. Phoned and spoke to a receptionist to make an appointment and was told to call back towards the end of the month with a view to fitting me in sometime in November. Just called back today 27th Oct and informed. "No new patient's being taken on," Well Mr Leahy, Screw you for wasting my time. I beleive if you are to offer a professional service, that service should at least act professionally and not give people the run around.
Pitiful service, I knew more than the “Dr”! Waste of my hard earned money and precious time.
Reception staff need to improve their attitude My GP sent them a referral, they phoned me to make an appointment, when I arrived they told me there was no referral. I asked how they knew I wanted an appointment and they got very huffy. The Dr did a full skin check and removed some age related growths but really didn't investigate the condition I was there for and the skin irritation continues.
This is the 2nd time I have been here, for severe facial skin issues. My experience has been nothing but good. Both times my skin has cleared up beautifully, and very easy to get repeat scripts for creams.
My dr gave me a referral to see Dr Sean Leah,I was told to call back in March as no appts left well it's March 1st.ive tried calling on the days it's open and just get a message they a currently closed while website says open.here in Gippsland it's hard to find services but how to I get appt if no one answer.very annoying.finally got appt for April Dr Sean Leahy was great to fix my current skin issues.all cleared up now and young receptionist was lovely and polite.
