Pathetic!!! My family of 9, including myself, booked almost 2 weeks prior for a Saturday lunch. By way of preparation, I both telephoned and visited the restaurant and spoke to one of their front-line personnel. After discussing what they could offer, I was told they could combine their lunch and dinner menus to meet our needs. The attendant said he would speak to the chef about this. Upon leaving, I was given both a lunch and dinner menu. As it turns out, after we arrived, we (not I personally) were informed that they couldn't combine the menus and that their dinner menu did not begin until 4,00pm. They had ample time to communicate with each other, confirm what they could and couldn't do, and get back to me if there was a problem. According to one of their floor staff, they had only just started Saturday lunches and were still working things out. You're not kidding!!! Even as a lunch, what we had was disappointing.
