The team at S-Trend is just a superstar team under the leadership of Douglas. I had so many challenges with my kids uniform and their sizes however the team at S-Trend resolved all of them smoothly and before the competition. Douglas defines customer service with his work ethics. Cannot thank them enough, highly recommended.

I ordered my sons sports uniform from S-Trend in January 2020 as they are the sports uniform supplier for my sons high school. Even though I have yet to receive my order and have had to follow up a few times, I received a really lovely call this afternoon from Douglas at S-trend explaining the situation that has led to the delay of my order and an offer to exchange the uniform if the ordered one no longer fits when it arrives. I commend Douglas for calling me even when I had left a pretty irate message for them initially. Mostly I appreciate his effort to explain what the situation is to me so that I now fully understand what had led to the delay and so that I'm no longer left unsure about when the order will arrive or if i need to put a reminder in my phone to follow up again about it in a few months time. Thanks Douglas.

They have provided us with the best waterproof and windproof jackets, tracksuit bottoms we have received, along with the softest hoodies that have been tailored towards the branding of our club.
