Very pleased with my hair color. I found personal attention was good at first although waiting time was long between washes and toner and conditioner. I noticed nearly all staff disappeared at lunch time leaving a few customers awaiting. Floor could of been swept by trainees during this time , as i nearly slipped over on the hair left on the floor which looked very unsightly. Apart from that i am happy, just need to be abit more organized 😉

Called to see if I needed to book and was told no need. I arrived 45 min after the phone call and was told they were fully booked and I needed to make an appointment. Make up your mind ladies. I would give no stars if possible!!!

The lady who was cutting my hair was very nice and did a pretty good job however I felt it was very rushed. In the middle of cutting my hair she would walk off to talk to other hairdressers and customers who were already seated having their hair treated. Toward the end I overheard that there was another customer waiting for her hair treatment to be done also, and after this I noticed she was definitely rushing my haircut to get it done. She didn't show me how the back of my hair looked with a mirror and told me it would be a longer wait and $45 extra to get my hair curled. I believe if you are cutting a customer's hair, you stay with that customer for the whole haircut until the customer is satisfied. It's unfair to go from one customer to another when one appointment was booked earlier.
