I went a week a go for a manicure with gel nail polish. The lady that was doing my nails had 0 customer service skills or maybe she didn't speak English. She would only paint half of my nails leaving the edges bare. Nail polish was all over my cuticles and nothing was sterile or clean. The nail file which originally was black was white from filing so many people's nails. The nail drill bits were the exact same. I was so scared of catching an infection. When you pay for a service you expect top quality. This is why so many people turn to home salons where it's clean and there's great costumer service.Service: Manicure

The person doing my nails didn’t care at all. I will never be returning. She literally cut my skin using the tools they used and didn’t even say sorry or acknowledge it! The nails came out horrible and already feel like whey are coming off. They were horrible at customer service and was dissatisfied in the price I had to pay for a general French tip! An absolute painful experience… left with bleeding fingers because the man was so rough. Very rude as well after asking what shape I wanted he didn’t ask if I liked how he shaped them… the man did not look like he wanted to be there and once he was done with me he started on the girl next to me and I warned her about him and he was the same with her… the only good thing about the salon is the art completed on my nails and the main boss. My fingers are still sore today and I got them done yesterday at 3pm… won’t be going there again… and for the $90 they are lucky I paid…. Service: Acrylic nails

Over priced for the service Nail Techs just spoke between themselves in their language. Very little understanding of what I wanted and a heavy accent made it difficult to understand the manager who was the only one to talk to us. Disappointing

Took my 11yr old and her friend for gel polish on toes for graduation, missed parts of the toe, and changed the cost that I was told at the end was origally $25 each to if I pay cash it would be $55 or $60 via card!!! - wouldn't listen that I was told $25 each. Worst service I've ever had! They do not ask what you want, they keep changing techs constantly. They kept ha ing people interrup. Only painting half nails. Over charged. Over 2 hours to do refills and a pedicure Do not waste your moneyServices: Gel manicures

Walked in for a full set. Yes they didn't talk to you loads but I'm sure if I started a conversation it would have flowed, honestly I was just enjoying the peace and quite. Had an amazing time and my nails are fabService: Manicure

I went here with my mum, they asked us to come back what was fine it when we did they had filled all the chairs and we were unable to sit together, send of all they were not very friendly and they also glued my French tips on crooked and over filed my nails, I felt it was extremely rushed and they did not care about customer service. I'm only giving 1 star because I cant give zero. After having my and my grand daughters nails done, the intrusive man there told me it was only cash only, then frog marched me up to Woolies to get money out. He needs to know it is only legal to have a cash only policy when a customer is informed PRIOR to service. Not after service. he acted illegally and I'm sure does this to dodge the tax man. He needs to be reported.

Very dirty salon. Man who did my nails had dirty hands. Put wrong size nail on me and polish was like clag.clearly husband and wife running it and don’t give a dam. Never going back there.Service: Nail polish changes
