I wish I could give you a worse rating then 1 star. Never in my life have I had a hairdresser be so disgustingly rude that my own partner had to defend me. I came in from Brisbane CBD and was desperate to have my hair cut as a dodgy hair extension company completely botched my hair and because it was 4 pm on a Saturday which I could understand if she was actually busy, she rudely yelled at me telling me that my haircut which was cutting it dead straight was going to take an hour. Now I didn’t expect her to be able to do it the first thing I said was only if you can I know it’s really late. 

I was so furious that I got up and left where as my partner was so confused on why she said she could do it and then said a trim on less then a inch would take an hour. 

Not sure if she was the manager but I’m so happy she didn’t touch my hair as hers was appalling. 

Would never recommend your rude customer service to anyone. Definitely something your company should think about as customer service is your number one priority.

Although I spoken to politely by the staff I was left with my eyebrows uneven and a chunk missing out of one eyebrow after being waxed. They have been destroyed after years of shaping. I had hair still left on my chin after waxing that the lady couldn't see or feel but we can feel and see. I am not sure on the quality of their wax but it didn't pull them out it just broke the hair. She was rough on my skin with no care taken to reduce pain and calm the skin. I have waxing every 2-3 weeks, I know good waxing. And she smelt of cigarette which as you know they are really close to you when they wax your face. It wasn't professional at all. Waste of my money.

One of the best hairdressing experience I have ever had. The colour was amazing and my extensions feel so good. was in and out super quick and was taken care of so well love going to Hairhouse warehouse. would go back and recommend it to all of my friends and family!!!!!!!

Worst hairdressing experience ever! i came in to get a new style and feel pampered and beautiful and left in tears. The hairdresser had no regard to treat me nicely or listen to what I was looking to get done, all she wanted was to get me through quickly. Due to this she gave me a horrible haircut which I had to get fixed up later that afternoon, she gave me uneven layers, a choppy fringe, burnt my head with the hair dryer and left me with wet hair. I would definitely not recommend going here!
