I got my hair done on Wednesday 13/12/17. I was able to bring the appointment forward a week in a few hours notice and i am absolutely in love with it. I had previously been using box dyes and had multiple different colours in there, They have managed to make it alot lighter in colour and the foils are gorgeous. They put up with me not knowing what i wanted to do and offered great advice. Super friendly service, Booked in again in 8 weeks time. Thanks Ladies!!

I have been going to Curtis Hair for 4yrs. But today was my worst experience. I rang to see if they were on time they were late again. The girl I had booked asked me to get started with another girl. That was fine. But I had 2 girls and worst of all the old bag there today who I'm told was the owner was rude, looked like she hated being there, was arguing with a staff member when I arrived. Rinsed my hair with cold water, quoted me 150.00 charged me 158.00. When I told her my complaints she said the water was warm...it was cold, my head I would know. That she had been hairdressing for years. Told her her quote was not what she charged me just banged the receipt on counter and matched off. She was awful not a people person at all. She needs to remember her medication and stay away  if she is there next time I'm moving hairdressers. Not Happy

Took daughter for a trim, it says Ladies Cut $36.95. She has shoulder length hair with long layers so they said it’s not a trim, it’s a cut so will be $49.95 plus 10% because it’s Sunday. Fine, whatever. Then they cut a max of about a cm off, tell her they can dry it for an extra $10. Worst haircut ever, they didn’t cut much off and left  it uneven. If I could do negative stars I would.

I love making the travel to regularly have my hair done here. The staff are always polite and fit me in at short notice at times and they always get my hair right to the way I explain each time. The have also been the most reasonable priced hairdresser I have ever come across. Will high reccommend Curtis Hair to anyone

I came into this salon with a botched job from a different hair salon with the hopes they could fix it. I saw Amy who was able to mask up my terribly done balayage and cut. She said that she wasn't a miracle worker, but she worked wonders on my hair! Thank you so much! xx

they dont follow your instructions, can over charge fixing mistakes they make, and just lacking in skill over all. makes sense though, been there for years because its usually the only one you can just walk in to and get serviced right away and basically every time have had my hair cut by someone new. the turn over there must be insane.

2nd time ive had to go back Because the cut was uneven. This time the lady who had to fix it was soo rude to me. Tried to tell me my hair just "looked" uneven because it was a blunt cut. I've had this hairstyle for 3 years now and never had a problem with it only "looking" uneven Then several times trying to insult me by saying negative things about my choice in hairstyle. I will definately not be going back.

My child has sensory issues and the young lady who cut his hair just didnt understand what it's about, charged me for using clippers which we couldn't use cause of the noise and sprayed water on his hair and he lost it. The charged me for stuff we didnt even use.

Way too expensive for a badly done short perm. Will not be going there again. Price for a pensioner perm over $100 and not informed prior to starting of the cost. Had been before for a perm and the price was under $50. Perm has straight section all over and will have dropped out within the week. So not happy and will never recommend this salon to any one.
