Absolutely fantastic! The chick that cut my hair today saved it from the dodgy cut recieved by express hair over near woolworths. So polite and positive completely restored my faith in hairdressers, hardly any wait time which was great because I had bubs with me!

Very disappointed in the service there today! I had an appointment time and was waiting 45minutes and still no service. The staff were rude and very slow. I ended up just walking out. Definetely won't be back!!!

I’ll start off on a positive note... I chose a package and the girl who did my eyebrow shaping did a lovely job. However, I was disgusted with the hair cut I received, especially my fringe. I specifically asked TWICE for the hairstylist to take only a little bit off my fringe. She asked did I want it off above my eyebrows and I said no, the minimum is just below the eyebrows. Well, to my horror she just hacked bluntly straight across my forehead when my hair was still wet (she said originally that she would wait until my hair was dry and then do my fringe cut but then a minute later she change her mind and cut it wet) and my fringe ended up looking so ridiculous even after she tried to rectify it by thining it out. The rest of my hair was bluntly cut too. No style. Just a basic hack. Wasn’t even asked if I wanted layers or anything. It’s like she was never even trained. Then she left my hair dye in for an extra 15 mins. When I asked why she was doing this she said because it was necessary in order to cover the greys. Now, it’s ridiculously dark, past the Colour I agreed upon with the other girl. Totally, disappointed. On top of that, I have to wait ages for my fringe to grow out as my hair grows slowly. Will never go back there. Amateur work.

Mens haircut very average, left hair clippings all over jacket and down back of neck. Haircut was only just passable. Won't be going back there this is the second bad haircut won't get 3 chances. Plenty of other hairdressers out there.
